| Forget that. I really need to update.
We're going on vacation in a week. Wish me luck. I'll be in Santa Belle Island until the seventh, I believe, so just wait until I get back before you call me. (Not like anyone does, by the way)
Been going downtown every other day so far. We saw Aletta, Justin, Sarah, JB, and Cassie downtown at Barnes and Noble the other day. It was pretty cool.
Anyone'll tell you, the new Pirates movie is just as good as the first. I loved it. I saw it on a tournament in Glenview, when we had some downtime. By the way, our season's done. I won MVP, though, which was nice.
Hm... Not much else has happened. Our swim season's done; I didn't go to City or Classic, due to the fact that I didn't want to go to them.
Mom's talking about getting a dog when we come home from vacation. I sincerely hope not. I'm not a huge dog person. Maybe if we got something that was slow and didn't slobber all over, I'd like it. But the odds of that are like, one to one trillion.
| I figure two weeks is the max I can let this go.
Been sanding my mailbox recently. We're repainting. And I'm moving all the stuff out of my room, because I'm getting hardwood floors installed. So I live in my basement for a month. What joy.
New haircut. Really short this time. It's all fluffy, too. I should take a picture or something to show you guys. Yeah.
M.C.R. is really good. They're like Fall Out Boy mixed in with Evanescence. Essentially. Although, Gerard is really hot. But that's beside the point.
I am now the team's official outfielder. I can play right, center OR left field. It's amazing. However, our record's still 4 to something. It's bad, like, really bad.
Ciao. Off to keep moving furniture.
| Sorry for the distinct lack of updates. Really.
Big things happened this/last week. Firstly, moving on ceremony. It was nice, really sort of sad, actually. I know I'm going to miss all you guys, way more than I should. It was really funny when Matt hugged Mr. Schmidt. I loved that.
Then, it was DC. Airport security was hell. They made me take my belt off so many times, it wasn't even funny. How can I take over a plane with a belt? Seriously. Then we got to DC, but we were still in Virginia. The first night was funny, we all stayed up till 3 in the morning. Then it was just touring.
After I got back from DC, it was just a bunch of softball and swimming. Nothing to report on there. Our softball record is 1 and 5. Amazing.
| Page 100 came and went. I'm on 108 now. Not bad.
Awards assembly today. Wasn't bad. I won 5 awards, which was okay. Debbie won 9, lol. The upside was getting everyone to sign my yearbook afterwards. That was a good perk; I liked that.
Softball lessons today. More catching. What a pain that was. I almost broke my leg trying to block. I slid on the stupid concrete, which hurt like heck.
Saw both the DaVinci Code, and X-Men 3. DaVinci was okay, except for the ending, which got a bit boring. Still a great book, however. X-Men was much better than X-Men 2. I liked the movie a lot more, lol.
Now I'm trying to drag Kyla to see V for Vendetta with me. It's slow going, but she promises we will this weekend. We'll see, I guess.
| Wow. I've seriously put off updating. This is bad.
Softball practice again tonight. Lessons were hell. I couldn't move after a while. My legs hurt that bad. I go from 5:30 to 7:00 tonight, at Dupage center. Enjoy.
Foreign Language placement tests for North. I think I did alright. Even though I don't have to worry about whether I passed the North one or not. It's the Benet one I'm scared of.
Stayed up till 2:00 in the morning finishing my math project with Debbie. Oh, joy.
Ugh. I have to reach page 100 tonight. I'm at 99 and 1/2. More later.
